We initially contacted Rebecca after keeping a calendar with her photo and phone number. We met with her in February however we did not sign up with her until September since we were having a home built with a proposed November closing. She was great to work with from prior to signing up with Weichert until the point of closing. In addition she went above and beyond helping us with the Title company.
Rebecca did an exceptional write up of our home to place on the realtor listing page. I truly feel our beautiful home along with her awesome write up sold it just in a few days. We told Rebecca we would have definitely purchase our prior home based on her write up.
The home was placed on the realtor listing site on Wednesday and we had 5 offers by Friday. We accepted one of the offers and did not have to have an open house at all.
